Quality of Life Assessment Tool – This scale provides a more objective way to classify your pet’s current Quality of Life and serves as a discussion guide for family members to use together or to use when partnering with Dr Smith for Hospice Care.
Red Bank Veterinary Hospital, where Dr Smith has worked since 2015, has monthly group sessions to help those who have experienced pet loss or are anticipating the loss of a pet. Get information about meeting dates and times here.

Cornell University runs a Pet Loss Support Hotline Monday through Saturday from 6pm-9pm at (607)253-3932. Trained volunteers are available to provide support.
