Dr Smith recommends using the scale Dr Villalobos developed to assess a pet’s Quality of Life, sometimes referred to as the H5M2 scale. This scale provides a more objective way to classify your pet’s current Quality of Life and serves as a discussion guide for family members to use together or to use when partnering with Dr Smith for Hospice Care.
